All students wishing to enroll into a program must submit a completed
application, a copy of your high school diploma or transcript
or GED. Upon receipt of your completed application you will be
contacted by the Director of Admissions to schedule your financial
interview and complete your enrollment process.
Students are selected based on integrity, physical ability (lifting
may be expected in the Massage Therapy Programs), emotional maturity,
commitment to and ability to complete the training program.

Fees
Federal Financial Aid is available
to those who qualify.
Submitted applications must include a $50 Application / Enrollment
fee for each certificate program and
the AOS Massage Therapy Degree program.
The Application / Enrollment fee is refundable under the following
conditions:
- non-acceptance into the program; or
- a written request to withdraw within three (3) days
after notification of acceptance into the CSHA program.
